These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of archivehub.io and its publicly available content (the “Website”), operated by Smart ERP Soft Inc. (“ArchiveHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Website scope

The Website provides general information about ArchiveHub, enterprise historical-data management, SAP data archiving, application retirement, reporting, governance, and related topics. These Terms apply to the Website only. Any software, assessment, professional service, pilot, customer testing, or commercial engagement is governed by the applicable order form, agreement, or other written terms.

Informational content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, or other professional advice and should not replace advice based on your organization, systems, agreements, and jurisdictions. References to retention, privacy, security, SAP features, or technical configurations must be validated for the relevant environment and requirements.

Product information and availability

Descriptions of capabilities, integrations, demonstrations, roadmaps, planned dates, limited customer testing, or future availability reflect information available when published. They may depend on configuration, third-party products, customer requirements, testing, and development decisions, and may change without notice. They are not a warranty, binding commitment, or part of a purchase agreement unless expressly included in a written agreement signed by ArchiveHub.

Permitted use

You may access and use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

  • use the Website in a way that violates law or the rights of another person;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its infrastructure, or related systems;
  • interfere with the Website’s operation, security, or availability;
  • introduce malicious code or use automated activity that creates an unreasonable burden;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
  • copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines and AI discovery services is permitted when it follows our published technical directives and does not impair the Website.

Intellectual property

The Website and its original text, design, graphics, logos, downloads, and other content are owned by Smart ERP Soft Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Website under these Terms.

Third-party names, trademarks, product names, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. References to SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, OpenUI5, SAP Joule, and other third-party technologies describe compatibility, context, or subject matter and do not by themselves imply sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.

Submissions and communications

If you contact us through an email prepared by the Website, you are responsible for reviewing the recipients and contents before sending it. Do not submit confidential customer data, credentials, regulated records, or sensitive personal information through an initial inquiry. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Statement.

The Website may link to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control. Links are provided for convenience or reference. We do not warrant and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices, or services. Your use of them is governed by the third party’s terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Smart ERP Soft Inc. disclaims all warranties and conditions, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and security. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Smart ERP Soft Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Website or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory law, the courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Website.

Changes, suspension, and severability

We may update the Website or these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
